About Me
About Me
I trained at The Guild of Psychotherapists, one of the UK’s leading psychoanalytic training institutions, and I am currently working towards full qualification. I am a trainee member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP)and practise in line with their professional and ethical standards.
My clinical experience includes a psychiatric placement at Highgate Mental Health Centre. In addition, I have volunteered with The Listening Place, supporting people experiencing suicidal thoughts and emotional distress.
Drawing on this experience and psychoanalytic training, I provide a safe, confidential space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and relationships at your own pace. Therapy with me can help you gain insight into recurring patterns, process past experiences, and foster lasting emotional change.
Before training as a psychotherapist, I studied Anthropology at UCL and Cambridge, completing a PhD in Social Anthropology in 2006.
Sessions are available in English and Greek.
